Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Sale Supervisor
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Implement monthly sales activity plans to support the smooth operation of the company’s sales process.
- Lead and manage the depot, including supervising the sales team to achieve the company’s sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities of the depot and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure monthly sales goals are met.
- Provide sales experience and strategies to depots, offer sales ideas to regional sales staff, and motivate the team to achieve monthly targets.
- Resolve market-related issues and disputes between sales staff and customers, including customer complaints, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Report directly to the Head of Sales on sales targets and execution progress to ensure sales operations run smoothly every month.
- Be flexible and willing to travel to provinces when required by the company.
Job Requirements
- Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and Marketing
- Age between 25 and 40 years
- Experience in managing regional depots is prefer
- Able to handle stock reports and manage inventory
- Good communication, negotiation, and team motivation skills
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet)
