Job Description
We are a Christ-centered organization working to rescue and restore children affected by trafficking in Cambodia. Our mission is to bring hope, healing, and long-term transformation — walking alongside survivors and their families as they rebuild their lives in safety, dignity, and faith.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide case management, counselling, and follow-up support for children and families in our care with our unique and tailored Freedom Plans™
- Work collaboratively with local authorities, schools, and community partners to ensure holistic and sustainable support.
- Coordinate referrals and interventions with relevant government departments and other NGOs.
- Deliver our unique and effective programmes to rescued children
- Contribute to team meetings, documentation, and reporting in line with organizational policies
- Work collaboratively with other stakeholders to ensure successful restoration for every child we rescue.
