Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate sto fulfill the positions below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Check the purchase request from branches
- Support all branches purchasing job
- Sourcing local purchasing material
- Prepare summary quotation for approval
- Update Master files.
- Prepare the advance request
- Update status of internal paper work to superior and team.
- Perform other task assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or relate/Business.
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or relate/Business.
- Some knowledge with contruction material
- Fresh graduate or one year experience with purchasing job is plus
- Strong both negotiation skill and sourcing skill.
- Computer skill (Ms. Exel, word, and Outlook)
- Good at English (writing and speaking)
- Flexible, honest, and able to work under pressure
