Dumex recruiting qualified for following positions.
- Healthcare Nutrition Solutions Advisor
- Execute healthcare nutrition solutions plans the assigned areas.
- Conduct detailing to healthcare professionals compliance WHO Local Milk Code
- Increase coverage healthcare nutrition solutions channels ensure achievement total area sales targets.
- Arrange manage healthcare nutrition solutions events including sessions/group presentation, seminars/conference/symposium healthcare nutrition solutions channels.
- Report competitor’s with proposed solutions identify business opportunity the coverage areas.
- Convince HCPs the appropriate level scientific commercial argumentation recommend DELN
- Build of choice brand first choice HCPs & mothers e.g via tenders, rotation, negotiating other healthcare nutrition solutions events.
- Call and ongoing with identified lists HCPs (incl KOLs) across defined geographical area
- Build strong relationships targeted HCPs
- Carry promotional with target HCPs
- Plan & manage A&P budget optimize cost effectiveness maximize efficiency resources
- Update competitor intelligence input database
- Organize local symposia/seminars HCPs required
- Record report on call visits progress against set objectives
- Ensure all are aligned the DELN business ethics Company’s commitments e.g WHO Code
- Attend participate internal meetings required
- Maintain equipment e.g. car, laptop
- Work Expense: least 1 in medical field
- Education : Medical Doctor/Pharmacist/Midwife /Nurse
- Skill Required: Planning, Negotiation communication
- Characteristics: High commitment, open doer.
