Dragon Land Investment Co., Ltd is seeking qualified and motivated candidate to fulfill the positions below:
- Senior HR and Admin Officer (1 Position)
- Human Resources Duties:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Work closely with the line Supervisor to do workforce planning and provide strong recruitment and selection support for the achievement of Individual Performance Plan (IPP).
- Responsible for the timely and accurate payroll process and ensure payroll practices are compliant with statutory regulations and HR Policy/SOPs;
- Ensure the provision of accurate statistics, implement and maintain departmental records management;
- Ensure that Human Resource Policies and Procedures are updated and implemented in line with statutory requirements and best practices in the market;
- Overseeing attendance and managing leave requests.
- Oversee employee onboarding and off boarding processes.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide support on performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics.
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for employees
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Prepare the agreement, warranty letter, and other documents for the client
- Administrative Duties:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
- Ensure the office is compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Other tasks as per assign by line manager
- Bachelor in Human Resources Management/ Management/ Industrial Relations with minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both written and oral) and the ability to interact effectively with staffs at all level
- Ability to implement strategies to achieve HR objectives
- Ability to conduct needs assessment analysis and summary
- Good Communication and writing Skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
- Be proficient in the use of MS Office suite, in particular, MS Word and MS Excel and Access
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both English and Khmer (Chinese is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Be profession in diplomatic communication and strong leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
