- Planning Officer
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Making Feasibility Study for potential projects based on provided data and information
- Preparing comprehensive cash flow model for on-going projects
- Doing survey & market research for Cambodia real estate market
- Preparing research reports and other reports for investment
- Regular inputting and updating factors of Feasibility Study and Economic situations
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
Job Requirements
- Good communication in English
- Graduate Bachelor of Economics, preferably in Finance or Real Estate
- Experience in Finance or Real Estate is preferred
- Great interest in real estate is a Must
- Knowledge of cash flow model, feasibility study
- Skill of market research, analyst, problem-solving
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power point
