- Customer Service
- Provide and maintain good customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Ensure customers are treated professionally and receive excellent service during the shipping and receiving of cargos to and from the warehouse.
- Anticipate and defuse potential problems through face-to-face, phone, or email communication with customers.
- Coordination with Warehouse Floor Operations
- Use the Warehouse Management System to track and monitor all inbound and outbound shipping requests to and from the warehouse.
- Document Cargos receipts and process Cargos releases with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and time management.
- Maintain strong inventory control and coordinate inbound and outbound shipping requests.
- Coordination with Trucking Subcontractors
- Ensure bookings are made with subcontractors for delivery orders.
- Prepare the relevant paperwork required from customers and subcontractors as stated in the SOP.
- Track deliveries handled by subcontractors and ensure they are completed within the timeline agreed in the contract.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and KPIs.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Warehouse operations or a customer service position for 1 year as a minimum
- Good collaboration and influencing skills.
- Result-oriented mindset.
- High level of personal excellence and accountability.
