EASIA TRAVEL CAMBODIA CO., LTD is an Indochina wide operating travel agency with 14 offices in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Thailand working on B2B basis exclusive. Due to the high quality service we provide, the company is ongoing growing and in demand of qualified employees.
Currently we are searching for a TRAVEL DESIGNER FRENCH MARKET, base in Siem Reap Head Office.
- Travel Designer French Market
- Respond to incoming travel inquiries from clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand travel objectives, preferences, group size, special needs, and budget.
- Identify and understand the client’s needs and expectations through profiling.
- Research and select suitable destinations, routes, and experiences based on client profiles.
- Craft detailed day-by-day itineraries including activities, accommodations, meals, transfers, and guide services.
- Adapt proposals based on feedback—modify route, timing, or inclusions to meet expectations.
- Ensure that proposals align with the Easia product strategy and sustainability guidelines.
- Communication with Reservation & Operation for the booking and status.
- Coordinate handover with the operations department for service delivery.
- Understand competition and react accordingly
- Participate in site inspections or FAM trips to improve expertise & services.
- Language: French (native or fluent) + Excellent English
