- Personal Assistant to Principal
- Manages the Principal's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handles all correspondence - screens emails/phone calls, drafts official communications and speeches
- Support in university events and high-profile visits, coordinating logistics and stakeholders
- Prepares meeting materials, takes minutes, and tracks follow-up actions
- Maintains confidential records and handles sensitive information with discretion
- Liaises between departments, faculty, and external partners on behalf of the Principal
- Conducts research and assists with special projects/policy reviews as needed
- Processes expenses and manages administrative tasks for the Principal's office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High proficiency in English written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethics, responsible and a positive attitude.
