Job Description
EGF LOGISTICS CO., LTD (EGF) is a leading logistics and forwarding/clearance company and have registered as custom broker in 2010. The detail please visit our website page.
We are urgently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Tracking Air/Sea / Import/ Export shipment progress
- Monitoring shipment from loading to arrival in destination.
- All shipping advise/ Pre-alert with supporting docs are printed out and properly filed and accurate
- Ensuring that all shipments been handled with smooth situation for both import/export and special instruction
- Contact with carrier to get booking and release booking to customer
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Good
- Chinese - Simplified - Good
- Previous related skills in Forwarding/ Shipping/ Logistics filed
- Excellent computer skills – Ms Word, Excel, Internet email
- Very Good command in English or Chinese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Work under pressure
