Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and assist with inquiries.
- Answer phone calls, messages, and emails regarding healthcare services.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Provide accurate information about medical services, doctors, treatment procedures, and pricing.
- Assist patients with registration and documentation.
- Handle complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
- Maintain patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow healthcare policies, safety, and privacy standards.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Good
- Thai - Good
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Experience in customer service, reception, or healthcare is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in [English or Thai].
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with a polite and patient attitude.
