Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide real-time interpretation between Indonesian-speaking patients and medical staff.
- Translate medical documents, reports, prescriptions, and consent forms accurately.
- Assist Indonesian patients with registration, appointment scheduling, and hospital procedures.
- Explain medical instructions and treatment plans in clear, understandable language.
- Support customer care staff in handling inquiries from Indonesian patients.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure effective communication.
- Help improve services for international patients by providing feedback when needed.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Fluent
- Indonesian - Fluent
- Khmer is preferred
- Fluent in Indonesian and English; Khmer language is an advantage.
- Proven experience in translation or interpretation (healthcare experience preferred).
- Understanding of medical terminology is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in sensitive situations.
- Willingness to work in a hospital or clinic environment in Cambodia.
- Excellent language accuracy

- Strong ethical and confidentiality awareness
