Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee daily operations of construction projects to ensure efficiency, quality, and timelines
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and site teams
- Develop and implement operational plans, policies, and procedures
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements
- Resolve operational issues and support site management teams
- Report operational performance to senior management
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Good
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience in operations or project management (construction industry preferred) for 5 years as a minimum
- Good communication skills in Khmer and English
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
