Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing to ensure best value
- Prepare, review, and process purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documents
- Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, and reliability
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve delivery or quality issues
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and delivery schedules to avoid supply disruption
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and controls
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- Experience in procurement or purchasing
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
