Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Key Responsibility:
- Ensure a profitable business and smooth operation with excellent services.
- Meet student increment targets.
- Ensure excellent academic quality in all programmes and operations.
- Promote positivity, teamwork, challenging working environment, engagement, communication, team spirit, and growth for all teachers, students, and academic team.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Respect and act according to the school's vision, mission, goals, all management system, policies, and guidelines.
- Conduct, attend all meetings, training and school events as required by the organization and the nature of business including weekends.
- Cooperate well with other departments and campuses.
- Prepare reports.
- Perform other duties as necessary to reach the organization goals.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Master's Degree in Business or related field.
- Experience of campus management or operations for 3 years as a minimum
- Experience in international school is a plus.
- Ability to use Microsoft office and up to date technology.
- Excellent communication in Khmer and English.
- Excellent in communication, leadership, and management skills.
