Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Report:
- Customer visit record via phone call, FB page, and walk in
- Customer feedback via phone call, FB page, and walk in
- Student number of enrollment, dropped and transferred
- School events, academic activities, and other related activities
- Stock & inventory reports including books, uniforms, & other materials
- Paper management (monthly, termly, semester, yearly)
- Student information analysis including suggestion box and survey
- Duties and Responsibility:
- Identify problems with solutions, greeting & general services, communication & relation
- keep record, manage lost and found items
- Enrollment, registration, school management system, payments, student interviewing & Placement, application & documents, student ID & Parent pick up card, etc.
- Set and meet sale targets
- Keep record of customer visit & enrollment, follow up & feedback
- Public Relation, events, competitions, media, social media, SWOT analysis, business survey & expansion. Prepare & deliver other school flyers and other related activities
- Encourage all photos and videos are liked, shared, commented by students and team members.
- Identify problems with solutions, counseling service, communication, relationship, general services, community, support, etc.
- Manage the stock and inventory including books, uniforms, photocopy
- Communicate courteously with customers via telephone, email, letter and face to face
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in Business administration or related field
- Experiences in customer service or sale sector for 2 years as a minimum
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Skillful in Basic computer and Microsoft Office
- Ability to speak, read, and write English to a proficient level
- Excellent Communication skills - verbal and written
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Be courteous, kind, responsible, flexible, honest, hard-working
