Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
- Senior Social Worker
Job Requirements
- Knowledge, skills and experience
- At least Bachelor degree, ideally in Social Study, Community Development, Psychology, or Management
- At least 5-years of experience in social affairs.
- Ability to do planning, actions plan and prioritizing.
- High level of interpersonal communication.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, SharePoint/Teams.
- Good level (speaking-reading-writing) in English. French is a plus.
- Soft skills
- Kind-hearted with strong willingness to support the most vulnerable people.
- Operational manager, with a get things done approach.
- Friendly, helpful, honest and team work oriented.
- Empathy and willing to build relationships with children.
- Passionate about promoting access to education for underprivileged children.
- Willing to learn new things.
- Committed to work and proactive.
