Safeguarding and Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA)
- Epic Arts maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA). All staff are required to treat children, vulnerable individuals, and colleagues with respect and dignity at all times.
- Staff must follow the Children and People with Disabilities Protection (CPDP) Policy and the Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) Policy. These apply on and off duty and reflect the organization’s commitment to safeguarding and protecting vulnerable people.

Currently Epic Arts is looking for high committed person for the position below:
- Prepare and process payment vouchers, advances, petty cash
- Communicates with program/admin/supplier staff to verify payment requests, advance clearances, petty cash usage, supporting documents, or compliance gaps
- Ensure expenditures are properly documented and donor-compliant
- Ensure expenditures are properly documented and donor-compliant
- Maintain accurate transaction records in accounting software
- File supporting documents for all income, expense, and asset transactions
- Assist in monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
- Support Finance Manager in procurement and compliance checks
- Responsible for executing additional finance-related tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager to support team and organizational goals.
- Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a finance, accounting, or bookkeeping role for 1 to 3 years as a minimum
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other accounting software is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with financial reporting, general ledger functions, and the month-end/year-end close process.
- Demonstrated experience in accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Familiarity with tax filing preparations and compliance regulations.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks,..) and the Microsoft Office Suite, with expert-level capability in Excel.
- Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as applicable.
- Ability to communicate clearly with program, admin, and supplier teams

- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organizational: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Integrity: High degree of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential financial data.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance colleagues.
