Equitable Cambodia (EC) is a Cambodian Non-Government organization working to promote equitable development and the progressive realization of human rights in Cambodia through research, evidence-based advocacy, community empowerment and organizing. Equitable Cambodia was registered by the Ministry of Interior as a Cambodian national non-governmental organization in 2012.
The EC’s is currently looking for a qualified candidate to fulfill the position of Consultancy for Project Evaluation: Protecting the Environment and At-Risk Communities in Cambodia (PEACH, KHM 1064-22). The PEACH project is implemented by EC in close collaboration with Deutsche Welthungerhilfe (WHH). WHH acts as the contracting and funding partner, managing and disbursing project funds to EC. The PEACH project January 2023 – December 2025, implemented in Preah Vihear, Mondulkiri, and Ratanakiri provinces, aims to strengthen the resilience of at-risk households, support sustainable community development, and promote responsible management of natural resources.

- Proven experience in project evaluation, preferably in environment, community development, or resilience programming
- Knowledge of Cambodia’s community development context and understanding of the political, social, and environmental landscape
- Demonstrated experience with relevant evaluation methods, including qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills in English and Khmer
- Experience working with Indigenous communities and, ideally, knowledge of Indigenous languages (Krueng, Kachok, Jarai, Tompoun)
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including local communities, civil society organizations, and authorities.
