Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, grow our client base, and drive revenue. The ideal candidate has a strong background in interior design, home décor, excellent communication skills, and a passion for design and aesthetics.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, interior designers, architects, and developers.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and proposal development to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive, preferably in the interior decoration, home improvement, furniture, or design industries.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service, and account management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
