It is committed to serving world trade by providing the most efficient transportation services. To help achieve this goal and to strengthen its operational efficiency with its strong growth in Cambodia, we are seeking to recruit the following position.
- Manage and proactively attend Import/Export documentation tasks including shipping instruction submission and follow-up with customers, advanced manifest filing, issuance of export bill of lading, issue arrival notice and other related inquiries.
- Liaise with relevant parties to ensure required documents are submitted on time and accurate.
- Manage import / export for billing/invoicing, timely.
- Follow up unclaimed cargo if any.
- Update weekly/monthly related reports.
- Perform other tasks to be assigned by management.
- English - Good
- Chinese - Simplified is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fresh graduates from university are encouraged to apply.
- Good at speaking/writing English and Chinese is an added advantage.
- Good at using Ms. Office basically Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Hard/smart working individual and customer oriented.
- Ready to work under pressure to meet deadline.
- Willing to learn and initiate improvement in daily work.
- Able to work independently / as a team.
