Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Principal accountabilities including assisting accountant and office manager on loan admin, accounting works, general admin and logistics.
- Coordinate with staff members and borrowers to prepare loan contract, loan schedule, disbursement, and collection;
- Update management on loan requests, late repayments, etc;
- Assist accountant by doing loan reports and any provision as needed;
- Prepare bank and cash on hand reconciliations;
- Prepare vouchers;
- Calculate monthly NSSF for submission to NSSF system;
- Assist in preparation of complete set of accounting document for each transaction and loan operations;
- Undertake any tasks assigned by supervisor(s).
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree
- Undergraduate Degree in year four university student in accounting or finance related
- Has basic skills in in MS Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Office;
- Willing to learn to become finance and accounting professional;
- Good oral and written communication skills in English;
- Being a good team member.
