Diagnostic and Laboratory Officer for Family Health International (FHI 360)

FHI 360 is a nonprofit organization that mobilizes research, resources and relationships so that people everywhere can access the opportunities they need to lead full, healthy lives. We implement projects related to infectious diseases, health, education, economic strengthening and humanitarian response. Our staff of more than 2,000 experts work in over 50 countries around the world. FHI 360 currently has offices in 40 countries and active registrations in 69 countries.

The STRengthening Infectious disease Detection System (STRIDES) activity is a five-year (2024-2029) global project funded by the United States. Department of State. The project provides life-saving assistance to partner countries to detect, prevent, report, respond to, and mitigate outbreaks of emerging infectious diseases. STRIDES is designed to accept core and country funding to improve outcomes in global health security, outbreak preparedness and response, malaria, nutrition, and maternal and child health.
