Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
- Accountant
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Inventory & Purchase
- Create purchase orders and receive incoming stock in the Maxu system.
- Conduct monthly stock reconciliation and end-of-month physical stock count.
- Print and apply product stickers
- Control product delivery records and ensure proper documentation.
- Accounting & Finance
- Record all daily expenses accurately in the system.
- Maintain and update weekly accounts receivable reports.
- Prepare and submit bank reports for deposits and transactions.
- Update and manage the bill of materials (BOM) in Maxu system.
- Adjust entries in the accounting system in case of any errors or failed transactions.
- Record asset depreciation on a monthly basis.
- Invoicing & Tax
- Issue and manage all sales invoices.
- Prepare and submit monthly tax reports.
- Process and update NSSF (បសស)requirements monthly.
- Ensure Ministry of Commerce documents are updated and filed as required.
Job Requirements
- University degree required
- No experience needed (training provided)
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Age 20–28, male or female
