Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Reply to customer messages on:
  • Facebook Page
  • Telegram
  • TikTok
  • Website (if applicable)
  • Answer product inquiries clearly and professionally
  • Send quotations and confirm orders
  • Follow up customer payments and delivery status
  • Coordinate with warehouse for order preparation
  • Maintain good customer relationships
  • Report daily online sales summary
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Good
  • English - Basic
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Good typing skills (Khmer & basic English)
  • Basic computer skills (Facebook, Excel, Messenger)
  • Experience in online selling is a plus
Soft Skills
  • Friendly communication style
  • Responsible and fast response
  • Able to work independently
