Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
- Retail Experience Associate
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Customer Service & Sales:
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a positive in-store experience.
- Provide accurate product information and support purchases.
- Process sales transactions and maintain proper records.
- Shop Operations:
- Keep the shop tidy, organized, and visually appealing.
- Support stock handling, packaging, and display arrangements.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
- Brand Representation:
- Communicate the story of our brand and products with sincerity.
- Uphold professional standards and represent the brand’s values.
- Assist in occasional events or promotions related to the shop.
Job Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Strong communication skills in both Khmer and English (required).
- Honest, reliable, and punctual.
