- Deal with travel agent and booking hotel and flight ticket
- Ensure smooth-running office operations
- Reading and analyzing submissions, letters, agendas, memos
- Maintain inventory and office supplies
- Operational tasks including such as prepare report, updating decks / presentations, assisting with projects, collect and analyze information)
- Manage and maintain executive schedules such as making appointment and conferences
- Greeting visitors and determining access to appropriate parties
- Bachelor’s degree and related experience in business field.
- Understanding of common computer operating
- Request either English / Mandarin in business level
- Ability of problem solving and flexibility
- Hard-working, honest, and reliable
- Highly work responsibility and can work under pressure
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills
Condition
- Working Hour : Monday-Saturday (8am-5pm), include lunch time
- Holiday : Follow Cambodia Calendar & Labor Law
- Allowance is based on position and job duty.
