Job Description

Fresh Innovation Cambodia is a social enterprise established in 2014 to promote the sustainable development benefits for advance clean cooking solutions. With the support from social investment fund, Fresh Innovation Cambodia is scaling the program across 10 Cambodian provinces in 2017.

To achieve this goal, Fresh Innovation Cambodia is looking for candidates whose experience with leadership and implementing in different location.

  • District Operation Manager (DOM)
    • Basic: 250$-350$
    • Result Based Incentive: 500$-1,000$





     

Working Hour: Monday-Friday (for all positions)

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Plan and execute awareness program with marketing material at household level to ensure sustained adoption of clean cooking solutions.
  • Conduct basic knowledge training of clean cooking solution to female/male sales team.
  • Implement behavior change activity, educate, group discussion and build up strong relationship with villagers.
Job Requirements
  • Association, bachelor degree, with communication, public relation, sales& marketing, experience is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication practice would be an asset
  • Understand scope of execution and prioritization
