What will you do?
The Business Accountant will be the newest member of our Finance team based in FI’s Head Office. Your role will be to ensure all transactions related to our social businesses are running well. This also includes supporting Social Business team to have accurate information on their spending.

Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Operate QuickBooks ensuring accurate data entry of spending
- Oversee social business bank account, monitoring balances, highlighting any cash-flow issues
- Carry out monthly cash and bank reconciliations and document all reconciliations properly
- Monitor the quality of all vouchers, and their supporting documents, and ensure all transactions are in line with Finance/Admin policies
- Promote whistleblower policy and immediately report any instances of fraud, or mismanagement of FI resources
- You are passionate about working to support children and youth topics
- You have excellent knowledge about accounting principles and how finance works
- You are excellent at seeing issues in finance processes and enjoy solving them
- You are a dynamic team player and you know how to work well with other teams in a respectful and supportive way
- You are skilled with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Your native language is Khmer and your English is good
- You are very organized and you enjoy putting things in order
