We’re looking for a position below:
- ផ្តល់ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញកាត់សក់បុរស ប្រកបដោយគុណភាពដល់សិស្សស្របតាមកម្មវិធីសិក្សាដែលមានស្រាប់ (ទ្រឹស្ដី និងអនុវត្ដផ្ទាល់) ។
- ធ្វើការកត់ត្រា និងពិនិត្យមើលទៅលើការវិវឌ្ឍន៍នៃការរៀនជំនាញរបស់សិស្សម្នាក់ៗនៅក្នុងថ្នាក់ដោយរាប់បញ្ជូលទាំងការតាមដានអវត្តមាន និងរាយការណ៍ទៅដល់ក្រុមការងារពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីធ្វើការសម្របសម្រួល ។
- ផ្តល់និងប្រមូលព័ត៍មានត្រឡប់ ដែលចាំបាច់អំពីការវិវឌ្ឍន៍នៃតម្រូវការជំនាញផ្នែកកាត់សក់បុរស ជាមួយដៃគូអាជីវកម្ម អតីតសិស្ស និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងៗ ។
- ផ្តល់ព័ត៍មានត្រឡប់ចាំបាច់ដល់ក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេស ដើម្បីធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពកម្មវិធីសិក្សា និងអភិវឌ្ឍឧបករណ៍ បណ្តុះបណ្តាល ។
- ទទួលខុសត្រូវលើការបញ្ជាទិញសម្ភារៈបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្របតាមតម្រូវការក្នុងថ្នាក់ជាក់ស្តែង និងគោរពទៅតាមគោលការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ។
- ចូលរួមសកម្មភាពចែករំលែកផ្សេងៗជាមួយអាជីវកម្មដៃគួរ អតីតសិស្សជោគជ័យ ដែលសម្របសម្រួលដោយអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងករណី ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាអំពីកម្រិតតម្រូវការនៃជំនាញ បញ្ហាប្រឈម និងបទពិសោធន៍ជាក់ស្តែងរបស់ស្សដែលទើបតែចាប់ផ្តើមចូលធ្វើការ។
- មានជំនាញច្បាស់លាស់ក្នុងការបង្ហាត់បង្ហាញមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះនៃការកាត់សក់បុរស ការឆ្នៃម៉ូដសក់ និងជំនាញក្នុងការកោរសម្អាត ព្រមទាំងរីករាយក្នុងការចែករំលែកទាំងទ្រឹស្តី និងការអនុវត្តន៍ ជំនាញទាំងនោះ។
- មានចំណេះដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍ក្នុងការផ្ដល់សេវាកម្មកាត់សក់បុរសផ្ទាល់ជូនអតិថិជន ។
- ចូលចិត្តធ្វើការងារជាក្រុម និងធ្វើជាសមាជិកក្រុមការងារដ៏ល្អ ពិសេសពេញចិត្ដក្នុងធ្វើការជាមួយសិស្សដែលមានអាយុ ភេទ និងស្ថានភាពផ្សេងៗគ្នា ។
