We’re looking for position below:

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Support and improve daily operations in our training restaurants in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Vientiane and Luang Prabang (yes, this role includes occasional travel)
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams (for a great customer and trainee experience)
  • Ensure consistent training and hospitality standards across our projects
  • Provide guidance and training to staff and trainees in a professional and supportive way (for staff growth and employability of students)
  • Prepare regular training and operational reports
  • Handle customer relations professionally and promptly
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English - Good
  • Khmer - Fluent
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Experience in hospitality operations (restaurants, hotels, or similar)
  • Knowledgeable about international restaurant operational standard
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, supervising, training team members or trainees
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Knowledge of mixology, coffee making, etc.
  • Native Khmer speaker with good command of English (spoken and written)
Soft Skills
  • Able to work with teams in Cambodia and Laos
