Job Description

GGear Group Co., Ltd is the Electronics distributor, retailer, and Mechanical Engineering of various brand include (1) LG Electronics products including Television, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Commercial Air Conditioning, Household Air Conditioning, (2) Hyundai Elevator and Auto Parking System.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Lead, coach, and motivate and build a high performing sales team by identifying key construction channels.
  • Plan and develop sales strategy.
  • Oversee the interviewing, hiring, and training of a company’s sales staff to ensure an effective project sale teams.
  • Deliver sales pitches and technical presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of our product and services.
  • Work closely with sales members to assist and development and implement of project sale growth and s drive pipeline and channel growth within the construction Industries
  • Motivate and guide sales teams to improve performance and achieve set goals.
  • Excellent communication and liaison skills, comfortable working with site engineers, and design teams.
  • Hold daily, weekly and monthly sales meetings
  • Develop key relationships and networks with Developers, MEP and Engineering companies, Architects and other Enterprises.
  • Plan and achieve company forecast sale targets ensure healthy profitability.
  • Maintaining and improve relationships with the all customers and clients.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English - Good
  • Chinese - Simplified - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing or others related field
Work History:
  • At least experience in sales of Electronic/Construction sales for 4 years
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Reporting skill in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Sales skill with good communication
Soft Skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written)
  • Excellent morality & professionalism
  • Very good in interpersonal relationship
  • High patient and strong communication
  • Curiosity, Result-Oriented, and player
  • Sound of Relationship
