Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Set yearly/monthly sales plans, budgets, and present them to management.
- Ensuring productivity and target achievement.
- Ensure the team understands and follows all loan terms.
- Monitor daily car dealer visits, effective communication, and customer service skills of the sales staff.
- Conduct daily meetings to review performance, solve problems, and motivate the team.
- Join the sales team for customer site and car dealer visits to provide support.
- Check new applications, perform assessments, and manage the approval submission process.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Update management on competitor activities and market changes.
- Assist in following up on late payments and cooperating with the collection team on defaults.
- Build and maintain strong connections with financial key people and car dealers.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent is required
- English - Good is required
- Bachelor's Degree is required
