Khmer Good Link Transportation Association (hereinafter referred to as Good Link) is a domestic association in Cambodia established in 2025. Good Link aims to create jobs and increase stable income for local residents and youth in Cambodia. Good Link was established and operated with the support of Good Neighbors Cambodia.
Good Link works for a solution to build sustainable communities by strengthening members’ specially in the transportation business and secures financial accessibility in and eco-friendly environment through Business Start-Up support; Provide specific training to strengthen business management abilities; And links drivers to relevant institutional partners to expand income generation possibilities and to improve business operations and profits.
Good Link is currently expanding its operations and seeking qualified and committed candidates to join its dynamic team.
- Project Officer
- Project Coordination and Monitoring:
- Coordinate the implementation progress of project activities and budget expenditure in alignment with the approved work plan.
- Conduct regular meetings and discussions to monitor activity implementation and address challenges.
- Loan Repayment Monitoring:
- Monitor drivers with late repayments or inactive participation and take appropriate follow-up actions to ensure timely repayments and continued engagement.
- Support in Market Research and Monitoring:
- Assist the management team in conducting market research and support the implementation and operation of monitoring systems relevant to project goals.
- Record-Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of driver repayments, loan balances, and income data.
- Prepare and share regular progress reports on project implementation and financial performance.
- Repayment Collection and System Updates:
- Acknowledge receipt of driver repayments and ensure timely and accurate updates in the loan tracking system.
- Information Sharing and Promotion:
- Serve as the key point of contact for drivers and stakeholders.
- Promote understanding and awareness of the Good Link among target beneficiaries, local authorities, partners, and customers.
- Coordination with Partners:
- Collaborate with key partners, stakeholders, and both public and private sectors to enhance cooperative business opportunities and income generation.
- Facilitation of Meetings and Trainings:
- Support the planning and facilitation of driver-related meetings, including training sessions and regular coordination meetings.
- Other duties: Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor and the Good Link management team to support program goals and association priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in development and project management, agriculture or related field.
- Ability to plan, monitor, and report on project activities and budget implementation.
- Good development facilitation including empowerment, community mobilization and transformational development.
- Strong motivation to support income generation and cooperative-based development initiatives.
- Good interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
- Competent in written English communication, computer literate (Ms. word, excel, PPT)
