Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • KEY RESULT AREAS:
  • Welcoming the new clients and existing client to Meru Performance Center
  • Giving advices on how to use the machines or other equipment in the gym.
  • Explaining the values of the gym
  • Offering personal training or group training
  • Explaining the importance of life style outside the gyn such as good sleeping, good nutrition and stretching
  • Working directly hand to hand with the General Manager and supporting the financial goals and operational needs.
  • Reporting any issues to the General Manager
  • Ensuring cleanings and stock of different items in the gym (cups, towels, tissues)
  • GENERAL
  • Contributes to the morale and team spirit of Meru Performance Center by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues.
  • Work well with team and others departments in the resort on administration work.
  • Always maintains a very high standard of personal hygiene, dress code, and demeanor.
  • Is polite and professional in any situation, particularly where the image and reputation of the Gym Center are represented.
  • Attends meetings and training, as and when required.
  • Is fully conversant with the resort’s health and safety, fire and emergency procedures
  • PERFORMANCE EVALUATION CRITERIA
  • The consistency of resort’s standards of performance.
  • Availability and accuracy of report.
  • The ratio of positive and negative guest feedback and comments.
  • The organizational skills and people management skills.
