We have vacancy in our Pharmaceutical business at Cambodia and are looking urgently for Dynamic, smart and ambitious individuals to fill these positions:
- Customer Relation Officer
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments and minimize bad debts.
- Collaborate with the sales teams to ensure smooth credit operations
- Prepare reports on credit performance and trends for senior management.
- Conduct credit checks and calling to customers telephonically and sometimes by visiting personally.
- Resolve credit disputes and maintain positive customer relationships
- Giving the accounting department assistance.
- Performing standard office tasks like filing, data input, handling calls, and managing mail.
- Female with Bachelor’s Degree
- Good command on Spoken & written English
- Self-Motivated and Believe in Team work
- Must know MS office and internet applications
- Capability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative attitude and contribution to a positive work environment.
- Must have Bike/Car and Driving License
- Cambodian National
