Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • រៀបចំផែនការថែទាំសួនប្រចាំថ្ងៃ / សប្តាហ៍ / ខែ
  • បណ្តុះបណ្តាលអំពីវិធីថែទាំសួន និងសុវត្ថិភាពរុក្ខជាតិ
  • គ្រប់គ្រងឧបករណ៍ថែសួន (ម៉ាស៊ីនកាត់ស្មៅ កន្ត្រៃ ទុយោ ឬសារធាតុបំប៉នដី...)។
  • បង្កើតបរិយាកាសបៃតង និងរកវិធីបន្ថែមសម្រស់ឱ្យសួន (Landscape Improvement)
  • ត្រូវបណ្តុះ និងពង្រីកកូនឈើ ផ្កាបន្ថែម។
Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • ត្រូវមានជំនាញថែទាំសួន (យល់ដឹង ឬស្គាល់ពីប្រភេទថ្នាំ និងជី ហើយចេះពីរបៀបប្រើប្រាស់) ។
  • ត្រូវចេះពីរបៀបដាំ ផ្សាំ កូនឈើ និងផ្កា ។
Soft Skills
  • ត្រូវមានភាពស្មោះត្រង់ អត់ធ្មត់ ឧស្សាហ៍ព្យាយាម ក្រមសីលធម៌ និងមានទំនួលខុសត្រូវលើការងារ ។
  • ត្រូវចេះគោរពេលវេលា និងគោលការណ៍របស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន ។
  • ត្រូវចេះសហការណ៍ជាមួយគ្រប់ផ្នែក។
