Job Description
HRCC, established in 2024 with support from Korea's HRDK and Cambodia's Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, transforms the overseas experiences of returning workers into national assets.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide consultation on curriculum development and training program design.
- Support educational planning and training operations.
- Participate in meetings related to training and project implementation.
- Contribute to project monitoring and evaluation activities when required.
- Deliver special lectures, workshops, and training sessions.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Korean is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Experience in any related field for 5 years as a minimum
- Catchphrase: Looking for experts to design the future of fashion alongside migrant workers.
- Core Lecture Content: Global apparel industry trends, manufacturing/distribution processes, and role specifics (sewing, pattern, MD).
- Ideal Candidates: Fashion brand MDs, apparel vendor professionals, clothing production experts.
- Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English (Korean is a plus)
- Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and teamwork

- Through the first document screening, candidates will be given an opportunity to present a mock lecture in the second round, and experts will be selected.
- The lecture duration for each subject is 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours, and a maximum of $100 will be provided depending on experience.
