Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Creative Leadership & Vision:
- Set and maintain the creative vision and standards for the agency.
- Lead and mentor the creative department, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Direct the creative process from concept to completion for multiple projects and accounts.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new media formats to keep the agency at the forefront of advertising.
- Strategic & Conceptual Thinking:
- Collaborate with the sales and account services team and strategists to understand client business goals, target audiences, and market challenges.
- Develop high-level creative strategies and concepts that are aligned with the client’s brand and marketing objectives.
- Translate complex marketing briefs into compelling and actionable creative ideas.
- Participate in new business development, including writing proposals and preparing pitches.
- Contribute to the agency's overall financial health by managing creative budgets and ensuring profitability on projects.
- Campaign Development & Execution:
- Oversee the development of multi-platform advertising campaigns (e.g., TV, print, digital, social media, radio, experiential).
- Review and approve all creative deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and strategic goals.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to the creative team to refine and elevate their work.
- Manage project timelines and budgets in collaboration with project managers.
- Client Management & Presentation:
- Act as the lead creative representative in client meetings and pitches.
- Present and sell creative concepts to clients with conviction and a clear understanding of the strategic rationale.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key clients.
- Team Management & Development:
- Hire, train, and manage the creative team.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Manage creative resources and allocate talent to projects effectively.
