Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, objectives, timeline, budget, and resources.
- Prepare and manage project schedules to ensure activities are completed on time.
- Monitor project costs, control expenses, and ensure the project stays within the approved budget.
- Coordinate with project team members, assign tasks, and ensure clear roles and responsibilities.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to clients, management, and stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
- Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Manage project scope, handle variations or change orders, and ensure contract compliance.
- Plan and manage manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors efficiently.
- Monitor project execution on site to ensure work is performed according to plan and safety standards.
- Prepare regular progress reports (weekly/monthly) on time, cost, quality, and risks.
- Resolve project issues promptly and make effective decisions to minimize delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with designers, consultants, suppliers, and relevant authorities as required.
- Manage project handover, documentation, final reports, and lessons learned after completion.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field..
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Project Management
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methods, and tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate project teams.
- Good planning, scheduling, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong problem-solving skills
