Job Description
Herba Cambodia is the Cambodian subsidiary of Herba Rice Mills from Spain. We have an extensive and deep-rooted presence in the industry as part of the Ebro Group family. Herba is also present in Thailand, which is also the regional headquarter in south east asia. Core manufacturing of bulk and packaged rice is done in-house with a strong emphasis on productivity, quality, compliance, community, and transparency.
- HR Officer
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist in HR operations (Recruitment, maid, security control, etc)
- Maintain staff records
- Payroll support, attendance, announcements, trainings, etc
- Ensure compliance to all the company’s rules and regulations
- Other tasks assigned by line management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, social studies, or related field;
- 0-5 years’ experience in HR (freshers with willingness to learn will be considered)
- Good English skills (Listening, Reading, Writing) is a plus
- Computer knowledge
- Pleasing personality
