Job Description

Herba Cambodia is a subsidiary of Herba Rice Mills under Ebro foods from Spain. We have an extensive and deep-rooted presence in the industry as part of the Ebro Group family. Core manufacturing of bulk and packaged rice is done in-house with a strong emphasis on productivity, quality, compliance, community, and transparency.

We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Assist in HR operations (Recruitment, maid, security control, etc)
  • Maintain staff records
  • Payroll support, attendance, announcements, trainings, etc
  • Ensure compliance to all the company’s rules and regulations
  • Other tasks assigned by line management
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, social studies, or related field
Work History:
  • Experience in HR (freshers with willingness to learn will be considered) for 5 years
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Communication
  • Pleasing personality
  • Cheerful
Soft Skills
  • Good English skills (Listening, Reading, Writing) is a plus
  • Computer knowledge
  • Pleasing personality
