Job Description

Herba Cambodia is a subsidiary of Herba Rice Mills under Ebro foods from Spain. We have an extensive and deep-rooted presence in the industry as part of the Ebro Group family. Core manufacturing of bulk and packaged rice is done in-house with a strong emphasis on productivity, quality, compliance, community, and transparency.

We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Leading, coaching & mentoring the QC team & ensuring highest product quality.
  • Point of contact with Sales & purchasing
  • Be a team member to ensure GMP, Safety and Quality in the entire factory.
  • Implement, maintain, & improve quality systems e.g. BRC, ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade & Gluten free.
  • Join in-house and external audits (local raw material suppliers) to ensure proper quality.
  • Assisting all internal and external audits such as BRC, SEDEX, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade, Gluten free, etc.
  • Assist in customer interactions appropriately (complaints, questionnaire, etc).
  • Implement, verify and maintain updated in-scope documentation; Quality manual (QM), Quality procedure (QP), Support document (SD), Work instruction (WI), Form (FM), etc.
  • Other tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in food science, Food Technology, Argo-Industry or related fields.
Work History:
  • Working experience in QA/QC function from Food or related industries for 8 years
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Good understanding of GMP/HACCP/BRC/HALAL certifications.
  • Good command of English (reading, writing and speaking skills) and Computer literacy.
Soft Skills
  • Communication, Leadership, Attention to detail, Time management, Emotional Intelligence.
  • Analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
