Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Research and identify potential leads in assigned segments (corporate, family, preschool, referral, etc.).
- Conduct initial outreach by phone, email, social media and in-person to generate interest.
- Qualify leads and enter accurate details into the CRM system; keep pipeline updated daily.
- Gather data and insights to prepare draft proposals and presentations for review by the BDM.
- Assist with organization of open houses, briefings, workshops and networking events.
- Follow up with prospects after events to maintain engagement until hand-off to Admissions or Finance.
- Provide weekly lead/activity reports to the BDM; flag issues or opportunities.
- Ensure all communications comply with the Baseline Fee Policy and approval processes.
- Maintain records of communications and documents in the DMS.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer
- English
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in sales, customer service or business development (education or services sector preferred) for 1 to 3 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high customer orientation.
- Research and prospecting ability, organizational skills and time management.
- Competence with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual in English and Khmer preferred.
