Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Key Responsibilities
  • International Curriculum Enrollment Strategy
  • Develop and execute enrollment strategies targeting Chinese parents for international curriculum programmes
  • Segment and position curriculum pathways clearly for Chinese families
  • Support pricing, promotion, and scholarship strategies for the target market
  • Chinese Parent Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking parents
  • Conduct consultations, school tours, and enrollment meetings in Mandarin or English
  • Build long-term trust with Chinese parent communities, associations, and businesses
  • Lead Management & Conversion
  • Oversee leads from Chinese channels (WeChat, Chinese agents, referrals, events)
  • Ensure timely follow-up, objection handling, and closing support
  • Work closely with front desk and admissions counselors to ensure smooth handover
  • Marketing & Channel Collaboration
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on Chinese-language content and campaigns
  • Support Open Days, education fairs, and community events targeting Chinese families
  • Coordinate with agents and feeder schools serving Chinese families
  • Retention & Re-enrollment Support
  • Monitor satisfaction and retention risks within the Chinese parent segment
  • Support re-enrollment campaigns, sibling enrollment, and referral initiatives
  • Data, Reporting & Compliance
  • • Maintain accurate CRM data for Chinese leads and enrollments
  • Prepare enrollment performance reports by segment
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and confidentiality standards
  • Key Performance Indicators
  • Enrollment numbers from Chinese parent segment
  • Lead-to-enrollment conversion rate
  • Retention and re-enrollment rate of Chinese families
  • Referral and sibling enrollment volume
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English - Fluent
  • Chinese - Simplified - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Minimum 3–6 years’ experience in admissions, education sales
  • Proven experience working with Chinese clients or communities
  • Experience in international schools or international curriculum programmes preferred
  • Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • Professional English proficiency
  • Strong understanding of Chinese parent expectations and decision-making culture
Soft Skills
  • Strong sales, consultation, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication ability
  • Data-driven mindset with CRM proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
