Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Key Responsibilities
- Welcome parents and visitors professionally
- Handle calls, Telegram, emails, and inquiries promptly
- Capture and manage leads in CRM
- Qualify leads and book tours/trials
- Follow up with parents and support enrollment
- Support onboarding, retention, referrals, and re-enrollment
- Maintain accurate records and confidentiality
- Key Performance Indicators
- Lead response time
- Appointment booking and show-up rate
- Lead-to-enrollment conversion
- Follow-up completion
- Parent satisfaction
- Referral leads generated
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in or Diploma in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years’ experience in admissions, sales, or customer service
- International school experience preferred
- Professional communication skills
- Khmer and English proficiency
- CRM and MS Office skills
- Strong organization and multitasking ability
