Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Store Setup & Operations
- Set up new restaurant, café, and E-mart.
- Ensure all equipment (front-of-house and back-of-house) is properly maintained.
- Maintain inventory, monitor product expiration dates, and manage RTE, bread, milk, and other food items.
- Ensure all hygiene, sanitation, and operational SOPs are followed.
- Check daily operational readiness protocols to ensure the store, systems, and staff are prepared for opening, mid-day, and closing processes.
- Staff Management
- Coordinate with HR to define job descriptions for all team members.
- Plan recruitment, staff schedules, and shift rotations.
- Monitor daily attendance and staff discipline.
- Prepare monthly payroll and maintain attendance records.
- Conduct staff training on operations, barista skills, grooming, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure team adherence to Prides of Staff & Service, Pride’s on Food, Pride’s on Place.
- Financial & Administrative Duties
- Keep all invoices and financial reports organized and submitted to Finance.
- Manage purchasing, cost of labor, and overall budget control.
- Product & Sales Management
- Maintain product assortment, verify planograms (POG), and ensure proper display and shelf-life management.
- Monitor pricing, tags, and product arrangement on shelves.
- Oversee daily operational checklists and POS system usage.
- Ensure quality control for Hot Snack, Eomuk Fried, RTE Food, and Cup Bap Station products.
- Monitor inventory, coordinate purchasing, and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Support school events, preparing BOQ, family days, and catering activities when required.
- Performance, Reporting & Planning
- Monitor staff performance, service quality, and operational standards.
- Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, and presentation.
- Track COG (Cost of Goods) & sales forecast.
- Prepare summary reports, action plans, and performance reports.
- Manage stock ordering, returning procedures, scrape procedures, and waste reporting.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by management when necessary
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- At least of proven experience in retail, supermarket, café, or restaurant management for 3 to 5 years
- Hands-on experience in inventory control, sales monitoring, and customer service.
- Experience in supervising staff, scheduling shifts, and maintaining store standards.
