We are now seeking qualified and motivated candidates to fill the following positions.
- Oversee the smooth daily operation of the Pre-School.
- Maintain academic standards in compliance with accreditation bodies and MoEYS early childhood regulations.
- Lead curriculum development and ensure effective implementation of the early childhood programme.
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, assessment, developmental monitoring, and reporting.
- Foster a positive, safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that promotes children’s wellbeing and development.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate pre-school teaching and support staff.
- Coordinate academic programs, school events, and age-appropriate co- curricular activities.
- Build strong relationships with parents, community, and education authorities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Experience in early childhood school leadership for 2 years as a minimum
- Knowledge of international pre-school curriculum standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for child development and innovative learning approaches.
