Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- .Establish and uphold high standards of discipline, moral values, academic excellence, and character development for all students.
- Organise the classroom and lessons to optimise student learning, develop positive and professional relationships with students, and identify individual strengths and learning needs when planning instruction.
- Prepare and submit lesson plans, weekly planners, academic narratives, and assessments in accordance with school procedures and academic timelines for review and approval by the Principal and the Head of School.
- Work collaboratively with faculty members, school administration, and the Head of School to promote a strong HIS teamwork culture.
- Assign and evaluate homework and class assignments in accordance with school policies and timelines, providing feedback within the required period.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Good
- Khmer - Good is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education or a related field.
- Primary teaching experience for 2 years as a minimum
- Good command of English; Khmer is an advantage.
- Knowledge of primary curriculum, teaching methods, and classroom management.
- Commitment to child safeguarding and student development.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and lesson-planning skills.
