Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Manage the daily activities of the housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of all offices, concourses, seating areas, washrooms, restaurants, suites, and all public spaces and Fitness One.
  • Planning, organizing and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction.
  • Daily supervision of the housekeeping staff, including the day, event and post-event crews.
  • Daily supervision of the grounds keeping staff, including the day, event and post-event crews.
  • Purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
  • Conduct pre-event inspections of all rooms, concourses, Fitness One, seating areas and public areas prior gate opening for every event held at the hotel.
Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Minimum 6 years of housekeeping experience with 3 years at the management level.
  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Words, and PowerPoint.
Soft Skills
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills.
  • A team player and a builder.
  • Flexible and can adapt the team with the workload.
  • Results and service oriented with an eye for details.
